Where do you ship from?
Our shipments originate from the USA.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
In order to ensure quick processing, any modification or cancellation requests should be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Beyond this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request. However, you may return the order for a full refund once it's received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Our team handles all orders and shipping from our warehouse. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note we do not ship on weekends. During holiday seasons and sales, processing may take a bit longer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, your order might take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
Should you not receive your order within 30 days post-shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Our prices are listed in US Dollars and are tax-free. However, you might need to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and won't be covered by us. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country. Contact your local customs office for further details.
How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
In case of receiving incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise, contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. We will work our hardest to resolve your issue as soon as we can.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. It's best to contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If your refund hasn't come through yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
